All content, technology, and intellectual property on the Mate Viewer platform is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate. The information provided through Mate Viewer is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mate Viewer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Tel Aviv.
